3 Day Diet Plan By Fritz's Diet Plan

First thing before following this 3 diet plan, drink a minimum 4 cups of water per day. If you did not follow this, then forget about this 3 day diet plan.

Diet Plan Food Menu

Breakfast: Coffee/Tea without sugar or milk + 1/3 grapefruit + 1 piece of dry toast topped with 1 Tablespoon
of peanut butter or jam.

Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna in spring water + 1 piece of dry toast + coffee/tea without sugar or milk.


Dinner: 3 ounces of lean meat + 1 cup of green beans + 1 cup of carrots + 1 apple + 1 cup of low fat vanilla

ice cream.

Obviously, you have to follow this diet plan food menu for 3 days as it is stated that it is 3 day diet plan.

This diet plan menu has less than 500 calories and puts the dieter into starvation mode. At this point, the metabolism slows down and begins a conservation process, saving precious energy because it detects a problem with food intake. There is little to process, and of that, minimal nutrients. If this last for 3 days, the dieter will success to lose some weight provided dieter did not eat any extra food secretly.


Have a try, i personally think that this diet plan is suitable for those who wan to slim down a few pounds. I don't agree anyone abuse this by having this diet plan menu for more than a week.
